Ingredients

Anionic emulsion of acid ester styrene copolymerization.

Performance and application:

Taking water as dispersion medium, adding pigment and filler additive to make water paints of multiple functions. Quick drying velocity, strong cohesive force, safe construction, non-toxic, not burning and not exploding. Good waterproofing, weather resistant and gloss retention after film forming. It is suitable to prepare surface coating of semigloss, nongloss, thick mortar coating, the metal primer, maintaining paint and colored ground coating. Finishing method can adopt brush coating, spray coating and roller coating. It can be painted on concretes or lumber, metal structure surface, and also all kinds of primer.

Package, storage and transportation

1, The product is installed in dry clean iron bucket or plastics drum, net weight of each drum is 200kg or 25kg.

2, Non-toxic, no burning, belongs to the non-dangerous product. Putting lightly and carefully when transportation, not to invert, avoiding colliding and drop, preventing the rain and exposion under the sun as well as conforming to the concerned requirements from Ministry of Communications.

3, The storage of product should be avoided below the freezing point or high temperature, the most suitable storage temperature is 5-20oC. The effective storage period is a half year from production under the above condition. Please check the index testing and result if passed a half year. Otherwide using again if meets standards.

Acrylic acid coated paper emulsion

Ingredients

Copolymer anionic latex resin of styrene and acrylate.

Performance and application:

The paper painting of new type paper coating adhesive has the high mechanical stability and high shear stability. No roll sticking when calendering under super plating press, ultraviolet resistance and good anti-old, white but not yellowing.

It is used in paper coating, has good ink receptivity and wearing wet grinding after dry calendering with high glossiness and I.G.T nap intensity.

Good versatile in paper coating, good intermiscibility used with starch, casein and polyvinyl alcohol cooperatively. It also prepares coating of high solid content and may used in adhesive of all kinds of raw paper and paperboard coating. Applicable to various coating technology, specially for high speed coating machine.
